Treasure Coast Tree Pros, LLC provides professional tree trimming, tree removal, and related tree care services in the Treasure Coast area of Florida. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and a written or verbal estimate provided prior to work commencement.
3. Estimates & Payment
All estimates are provided based on a visual assessment of the work required. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring access to the work area on the scheduled date
- Notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards prior to work
- Obtaining any required permits or HOA approvals before scheduling services
- Securing pets and ensuring children are away from the work area during service
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS communications from Treasure Coast Tree Pros, LLC, including appointment confirmations, service updates, estimates, and promotional messages.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside the control of Treasure Coast Tree Pros, LLC. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden hazards not disclosed prior to service, or damage resulting from customer-directed work.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Tree care services involve working with living organisms and natural conditions outside our control. We do not warrant that any tree will survive, recover, or remain healthy following trimming or treatment. All work is performed in accordance with industry best practices.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Treasure Coast Tree Pros, LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Martin County, Florida.
